As the new year has come upon us, there are new changes in the committee structure for 2010: Professional and Student, Events, and Technology and Design.
Please participate either as a chair or a member in NAAAP's essential committees. Each committee has one chair which will facilitate and lead the committee and hold the responsibility to report to the executive board.
Each member that is in a committee will participate in generating ideas, building events and participate in giving NAAAP a greater presence in Cincinnati.
This committee has many opportunities in Cincinnati to establish, synergize, create leaders, and motivate opportunities for professionals and students. Along with that, this committee will seek and execute professional partnerships with Cincinnati local businesses and fortune 500 companies at P&G, Kroger, GE, Toyota, Macy's, 5/3rd, etc. This committee will provide professional growth opportunities for NAAAP and build relationships and connections with local college student organizations at U.C., Xavier, NKU, Miami Univ., and Mt. St. Joseph.
This committee will have many facets: organizing events in the areas of arts, philanthropy, social network, and sports recreation. Also under the Event Committee planning will be organizing monthly mixers and annual events (i.e. Paint the Town).
This committee is the line of communication between the board, committees, and members. Its responsibility is to maintain and support the technical infrastructure of NAAAP Cincinnati. This includes the web site, intranet, design for print and online, collateral support with copy writing, Facebook, and Twitter.
As committee chair, each chair has the following responsibilities:
