NAAAP Cincinnati is a non-profit professional organization that promotes the career advancement and leadership cultivation of Asian Americans of all descent through positive networking, active community involvement, and fostering diversity in the workplace.

NAAAP Cincinnati was created as a result of nine talented Asian American professionals who decided to invest in the community and develop a plan of action to facilitate a nurturing environment in the city. We want Asian professionals to believe that Cincinnati is a great place to live and recognize there are places we can go to meet other Asian professionals and to relax, mingle, and enjoy.

National Association of Asian American Professionals (NAAAP) is the largest and fastest growing Asian American professional organization in the U.S. and Canada. Established in 1982, NAAAP is the premier leadership proving ground for Asian American Professionals with over 3500 members representing 16 chapter chapters, ventures, and affiliates.

Vision: NAAAP is the proving ground for North-American Asian Professionals, forging leaders of tomorrow through professional development, cultural awareness, and community service.
